brussel sprouts... cream-braised

my friend heather made this dish last year at a thanksgiving dinner and it was so delicious! i finally had a chance to make it this week. it's so simple and yummy! jonah broiled salmon to accompany the rich and creamy sprouts... a simple fall dinner.
